Rodeo Summer Camp Italy Registration Deposit.

Come spend a week with us riding bikes in Italy! August 27th, and run through September 1st, 2025.

This registration deposit is not refundable for any reason. We will use our registration deposits to pay our Italian collaborators for course scouting, logistics, planning, and reservations for lodging. In planning this event, these costs also cannot be recouped by us.

The full registration cost is estimated to vary between 1,200 and 1,600 euros per attendee, depending on the details of your trip. We will be creating different lodging and riding tiers to allow people to decide how much riding they want to do, and what accommodations they would like to request. The balance of the registration cost will be due before the trip, when details are finalized.

Upon registration, we will send out an email form for each participant to fill out so that we can get an idea of rider demographics and preferences.

While this trip is a Rodeo Labs family gathering, intended to create a space to meet and ride with other Rodeo bike riders, we are not making it strictly obligatory to own a Rodeo Labs bike in order to attend this event. We believe in building community outside of the boundaries of brand.
