Seth,
This is a bit too technical to solve via our FAQ section, but we’d love to try to help.
Could you send a note to bikes@rodeo-labs.com with this question so that we can respond there?

Yes it can.
Only the 48mm off set / straight steer tube Spork has this QR / through axle compatibility.
Hi Calum. There is no way to remove the peg that wouldn’t void the warranty. It would have to be ground down with some sort of angle grinder, and the heat of the grinding could affect the carbon head tube insert as well.
We haven’t noted any damage from frame bags on any Flaanimal that we’ve seen.
Hi Adam,
The geometry for a Flaanimal is not designed around a 100mm suspension fork, so for sure you would be pushing up the front of the bike and slackening the head tube a fair bit. A few people have done this and report having quite a lot of fun on it, but it’s defintiely not the core use of the frame as-designed. I would actually recommend sizing the frame down one size if doing a suspension fork such as this, as this would offset the increased stack height of the suspension fork, but would still slacken the head tube, which would actually bring it more in line with MTB geo.
This would be best considered with the help of something like Bike Cad to really do the work understanding how to select the right stem height and length as well, so that you can find that optimal riding position in the context of the new geometry.
I hope that helps a bit!

Hi. You will need to separately purchase a 160mm flat mount to post mount adapter in order to use that caliper with the fork, but once you have that part it will work with no problems.
Hello,
In EU you can first try ordering through Rodeo-europe.com for localized shipping / VAT / prices. If they do not have the forks that you need, we can ship from here if you order from us, and it would take about 5 days to arrive. VAT would be added by local governments when the shipment lands in Germany.
Yes they’re definitely compatible with each other.
Lance,
We are happy to do a build sans-wheels. Taking our 3.0 wheels off any given build removes about $1200 from the cost. If you would like to pursue that option or request an exact quote, just shoot us a note at bikes@rodeo-labs.com, or call or text at 303-477-4136.
thanks!

Tara. All you need to swap on for UDH support is this kit:

Hi Eric,
We didn’t specifically design the frame around 2.2″ tires, but, as it turns out, quite a few owners have mounted them successfully. It is definitely at the max of clearance. We’ve mounted for instance the Schwalbe Rick 700×2.2 on our 25.5 internal rim with great success. Sliders need to go full back for full tire clearance with the frame.
Different tires have different casing sizes even with the same label, so beware of that. Some will fit well, some could be larger or have larger of knobs, which would have danger of rubbing.
Mud will always diminish tire clearnace.
A rim like the 30mm internal Zipp 303 SW will make any given tire inflate large than the label suggests, so for instance it might turn a 2.0 or 2.1 into a 2.2.
Thanks!
Stephen
