I have a Flannimal 3.0.  Just changed from 10 to 11 speed.  Using a SRAM Force medium cage rear mech with a 11-32 SRAM cassette. Using Apex shifters, which are supposed to be 11 speed compatible.  The slider is in the most forward position.  No matter how I adjust, I can’t get the derailleur to run the full span of the cassette.  For example, if the chain is on the 11 it won’t get to the 32.  If I adjust to get to the 32 when I downshift it won’t get to the 11.  This is the case for the large and small chainrings.  High and low limit screws are set properly.  Chain is sized correctly, and I think the b-scrw is properly set.  I am running out of ideas and wondering whether the slider needs to be adjusted?  Could it be something with the chain line?

Any thoughts or assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
