Any advice from your bike builders on getting the rubber cable guides into the frame? These little buggers seem to fit very tightly! (A video would be super cool!).

Really struggled with this as well and wanted to add that a plastic spudger instead of a screwdriver kept me from marring the frame, and getting the front of the guide seated, then moving the cables back and forth while putting pressure on the rear of the guide helped tremendously.
